Judging from how the elections went last year everywhere, here is an aha.
One thing is clear: cities are winning and the country is losing. A completely different way to slice the world’s dichotomies.
And in that it seems very clear that anything that makes cities work better, faster, cheaper is a big powerful idea that one should invest behind. They are winning and running away so fast that the country is in open revolt.
Bike shares, smarter buildings, automated transportation, etc.
But I feel too lazy to elaborate so it’s kind of a half-thought. (My company Knotel is one such idea obviously.)
