Amol Sarva (Knotel cofounder) takes In the Know to visit Safi Bahcall who studied physics at Princeton as a kid with Stephen Wolfram, started a cancer drug discovery company and took it public, advised the Obama White House on science policy, and now has a book for how teams should be organized to create innovation: Loonshots.

He has a lot to say on the incentives and structure of an organization and how that creates teamwork and innovation, or doesn’t.
