BeyondMeat’s Beast Burger: Amol’s review

Made in a pan with some cooking oil. Challah bread.

The kids saw the box and said “BeyondMeat is good.”

The younger one had a bite and said “It tastes like real!”

It does taste fantastic.

Risks:
– cook it at low heat (can it get dry like traditional veggie burgers? Feels like it could).
– Make sure to put oil on the pan (I didn’t at first and it’s meat-colored outer layer stuck and peeled a bit).

Veggie chicken is already terrific for nuggets and patties imho.

Now ground beef is handled too.
