Tech makes owners of capital more powerful; makes labor less valuable. Will make everyone impoverished.
So here is the thought experiment that I think has been overlooked — what jobs will be possible when you don’t need humans to do the work?
When software is so good it writes itself, and when robots are so good they are your muscle, when energy is so cheap it powers it all for free — what would you do then?
I think you would be CEO of something.
