My Net Promoter 2019

It’s that time of year. I got about 250 replies, similar to last year, and folks answered a variety of interesting questions.

First up was simply the net promoter question. My result this year: 53%.

I am so proud of the improvement on this! It’s a big change. I was 43% a year ago. More.

Of course, it is hard to say what drove this change, but I did change my behavior the last year. The name for this is #lovingkindness and I have to write a longer post at some point about this.
